Arrive 15~20 minutes before the class.
Bring the bottled pure water.
( no Gatorade, no glass bottle)
Come on an empty stomach.
Drink water well before your class.

Mon~Thu ----- 9am, 5pm & 7pm
Fri ----------- 9am, 4pm & 6pm
Sat & Sun ----- 8am, 10am & 4pm
